  • Mechanical pressure washing minimum 3 bars/maximum 5 bars
  • Technology with perforated dual pot enclosure to obtain 0% retention in the washing area (eliminates all cross contamination)
  • Presto OR electrical timer
  • Energy: Plant hot water network 65°C
  • Consumption: 10 litres / minute (medium timer: 20 seconds i.e. consumption of 3.33 l/cycle)
